Fion and her family
Huishan shared that from this visit, they had a chance to understand Fion's parents more. They are running a chinese medical centre near Eunos MRT station. Fion's dad is a chinese sinseh.
Although Huishan and Fion had fellowship once in a while, they did not know about each others' family background. Through this visit, brothers and sisters know more about Fion's family. Thank God that the parents were glad to share and talk, even though they were tired after their Shanghai trip.
Prisicilla and her family
Victor shared about the zest and spontaneity in Priscilla's dad in sharing his faith and beliefs. Her dad spent more than an hour talking to our brothers and sisters about Taoism and Buddhism. He is knowledgeable and shared what he knows to them. He even showed them his library of books.
The zest in Priscilla's dad is something that we, as Christians, can learn. We should readily and zestfully share our faith to the people we meet everyday.
Victor and his family
Victor's parents believe in relativism, that is, anything that they think is true, they will believe. Please pray for Victor that the power of the gospel will be shared to his parents through his transformed life. He will be a testimony to them.
