Prayer Requests for church camp!

Hak Dee
To see how God is going to transform me again, knowing that He is not done with me. To be growing in the area that I am weak. (Ezra 7:10) is what I want to grow in.

Jing Long
Pray that I will not just see it as a camp, just a camp. Although I have not been to one yet, there is no interest or excitement with regards to the camp, less to speak of any alabaster attribute to God. Pray against “no heart” for church camp- go for the sake of going.

Shi Hui
Three Things: Non-empty mind, others centered attitude, ready to love the people of God.

Meiyun
Heart ready to receive God’s Word and not the indifferent attitude.
Work towards Alabaster jar not because of obligation, but a true expression of love for God.
Desire truth in the inner parts.

Hui Shan
To grow to love God in action. Obey God in my daily walk and be prepared to receive from Him during the camp. Be involved with the church and not indifferent.

Hendry
Opportunity to know the adults. Honest heart in front of Word of God.

Kaiying
“Do everything in love” – 1 Cor 16:14<

Madelyn
I will be available for the camp. (Having school, might be an important date for presentation) I want to grow to love God more.

Lydia
To grow in absolute love and affection for God.
Grow in commitment to Christ through obedience to His Word. Not to see the camp as just another session/activity but to see it as a time of adoring God, giving thanks to Him for all that HE is and all that HE has done in my life! A time of honoring God, spending time with Him, encountering Him and dwelling in His presence!

Jessie
One thing I have asked from the Lord, that I shall seek; That I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the Lord And to meditate in His temple”- Ps 27:4

Liang Hua
Pray that I will be serious, not thinking that it will just be a camp. Pray that I will be praying for myself, to be able to go for church camp, not thinking about the “cost”, but about what I get from it.

Michelle
Grow in my loving relationship with God. To apply what I have learnt in the camp. Before the camp- to be prayerful and not letting distractions and worries overwhelm me.

Adel
I want to grow in my worship for God, learning to adore and enjoy Him daily in the daily simple or stressful times.

Mei Yee
As I look at the dates of the church camp, my heart was unsettled because I know that the holidays need to be used up for the final-year project. I need to finish the report before school starts. Please pray according to Phil 4:6. I will learn to entrust everything unto God though it seems so not possible for me to finish the report within the holidays and the stress is piling up too. Pray for a focused mind in the camp. I really want to listen to the Word of God.

Christel
I’m reading the “Pleasures of God” to prepare for the camp. Recently, I felt my God-centered attitude shifting to self-centredness. Please pray that I will repent.

Jun Liang
Pray according to the song “I’ll celebrate”- To have my heart rejoicing within(Joy), mind focused on Him(God- centered), and my hands raised to heavens, worshipping Him!<

Winnie
Not distracted by preparation for mission trip
“Not form of godliness without power” in preparation of camp.

Mun Wai
Not to be burdened by the phiscal task of preparing for the camp like Martha but to pull myself to be still in hearing and listening to Jesus like Mary. Always remember that He is my 1st Love.

Khen Seng
Please pray for me that God will show me the emptiness that the world can offer to me and the preciousness of Him being my love and pursuit.

Kum Tong
To pray that the whole family will be in good health to be able to go to the camp
To pray for still hearts and discernment for God’s word.
That the Love for God will multiply each day.

Xiu Hua
To be able to exude and proclaim the love of God during and after the camp.
Phil 2:1-4- Be growing in the above passage.

Jillian

Heart will not be weary by the overwhelming of work during the camp. Have enough time to prepare my heart for the camp.

Gui Chan
Pray for me to grow in loving God and enjoying the fellowship with His people. And also that I’ll not be too caught up with tasks.
